this hotel was a real surprise - we didn't find it by a recommendation but simply from booking suggestions per location, and the photos looked great so we decided to cancel a booking we had in another hotel because this seemed a better choice, and we were a bit concerned because you can never know.... it turned out more than prefect!! first of all the location is the most center you can hope for - in the middle of the old city of florence, walking distance from everything. and the hotel.... wow!!! everyone of the staff members, from the receptions, to the bartenders, to the bellboy and the manager were just so nice and helpful. they helped me make an amazing surprise for my husbands birthday, and they added a surprise of their own for us waiting in the room. we got a room in the 4th floor, facing the street view, a really large and bright room, with amazing huge bed, quality bed sheets, comfy armchairs, there was room for everything, large windows, and really large amazing bathroom. really we could not expect more. they helped us with information about exhibitions and recommended attractions, they made reservations for us for dinner and lunch, and the breakfast coffee and croissant were delicious and free of charge. the hotel is decorated with beautiful art by Carmel Ilan, a well known Israeli Artist which I'm a fan of for many years now, and I only found out about it when we arrived. as an interior designer this was an inspiring experience and I would definitely come back to this fantastic hotel.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The interior design is absolutely stunning, and every staff member was incredibly warm and helpful. The central location couldn't be more convenient for exploring the city - I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. While there was a minor issue with hot water during my first two nights, the hotel manager handled the situation professionally and made sure I was well taken care of. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight - having breakfast there with panoramic city views was truly special. Despite the small hiccup, my overall experience was excellent thanks to the team's attentive service. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.

We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

I was visiting to celebrate my birthday and the lovely team arranged a great bottle of wine and chocolates as a surprise treat. Thank you! The decor is gorgeous- contemporary and fantastic artwork on the walks. Loved the Angel Rooftop Bar - Alessio, our lovely bar man was amazing - made us so welcome and was so friendly and fun. The front office team were great - kept in touch via WhatsApp - arranging our car parking, bar booking and gave us a free late checkout. My experience was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful; we requested to change our room because the one facing the street was noisy, and they immediately accommodated us with a new room. The next day, they followed up to ask if our new room was comfortable, which I appreciated. The hotel also offers WhatsApp service for guests, making communication easy. Additionally, they provide a valet service that allows guests to relax without worrying about parking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with attentive service!
